We had a truly wonderful stay at this home in Orkney. The views over the ocean were absolutely stunning—we spent hours just watching the changing light and sea from the comfort of the house. The home itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including all basic kitchen essentials. The hosts went above and beyond: they left us fresh bread and butter, and even a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers to welcome us. A special highlight of our trip was seeing a calf being born right outside the kitchen window—a magical, unexpected experience. The location, the home, and the incredible hospitality made this one of our favorite stays. 100% satisfied, and we would return in a heartbeat.

This is a great location literally on the NC500. Quiet at night with stunning sunsets and sunrises. The bungalow has everything you need and it is lovely to sit in the sun lounge and relax after a day exploring. Garden is enclosed and safe for dogs. We were met on arrival by Steven and shown around. There are some stunning beaches locally and plenty to do for the three days we stayed. Highly recommend.

Carole's property is beautiful, comfortable and has all that you need. She greeted and fared us farewell on leaving. Great location for bird watching, we fell in love with the fulmars and curlew who simply walk past the living room window. Accommodation is very clean. Good coastal walks. We will definitely be back here to stay, so much more to explore
