Partially newly renovated apartment in Underlia of 120 sqm, with great views and walking distance to the city. Right by great hiking trails in the woods and only 5 minutes drive to Landfalltjern (a great place to swim) and Drammen Ski Center. The bus to the city also goes 100 meters from the apartment. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with a family bed (2 + 1). On the porch you can enjoy the sun all day. There is a separate shower and toilet, where the shower is from the master bedroom and the toilet from the hallway. Parking on the street.

We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the apartment on the top floor on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita hytte i solfylt gårdstun") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great views of Totak and the mountains. 5 min drive to the city center with shops and groomed cross-country ski trails. 10 min to ski resorts. Good WIFI. Great hiking opportunities in summer. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

The apartment has an enclosed veranda with direct views of Gaustatoppen and Kvitåvatn. There is a private parking space in the parking garage under the apartment complex. Short distance to all amenities at Gaustablikk. There has been maintenance on the building this summer, but it is finished now. Cleaning can be ordered for NOK 500

The apartment has 2 bedrooms with family beds and 1 bedroom with double bed. There is free access to wifi. Otherwise well equipped for 8 people with all necessary equipment. Our appartment is quite central with easy access to many of Geilos activities and the surounding nature. The apartment is very modern and self contained. It takes 10-15 min to walk to the town center, Train and Bus Station. Only 150 m walk you find the Ski bus stop, Bakery, Swimming pool, Bar and the locals favourite restaurant Sofia's. 10 min walk to Slaata heisen and the ski area Slaata. We wish you a great stay!
