The apt. is located a bit up in the hill, so driveway to the house is a bit steep, can be challenge sometimes, 4WD car is an advantage on winter but 2WD is ok. 500 m from the bus stop. 70 m from the ski trails & forest. The apt. is equipped with all you need, heater, hot & cold water, electric stove/oven, washing machine, dishwashing machine, coffee machine,micro oven, refrigerator, electric kettle,Tv, dvd player, bed covers, towels, cooking utensils, cutlery and plates are all in the apartment.

Flott, moderne sted med nydelig utsikt nær Oslo

Dette moderne bostedet er perfekt for venner, par eller familie med to romslige soverom med gode dobbeltsenger. Det er muligheter for oppredning for to til sengeplasser. Stort kjøkken med unik utsikt. Boligen har en stor veranda på stue siden med komfortable utemøbler og en på kjøkken siden. Kjempe fint bad med badekar. Muligheter for lån av sykler. Boligen ligger nærme skibakke og fine tur utflukter. Det tar kun 30 min inn til Oslo med buss og tog eller 10 minutter til Sandvika sentrum.

Family friendly apartment with spectacular views! * 50 meters to the downhill trails * 100 meters to the cross-country and hiking trails * 15 min to Gol city center and Hallingdal golf club * 40 min to Hemsedal alpine center The apartment was new in 2019 and has two spacious bedrooms, living room, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace with a panoramic view. Good fishing, cycling and hiking opportunities in the summer. Ski in and out alpine and cross country in the winter!

Dette er i et fredelig villaområde, i gangavstand til buss som tar deg til Oslo Sentrum på cirka 30 minutter. Utleier bor i samme hus og deler parkering og hage. Sengeplass til 2 voksne, 1 barn i reiseseng. Praktfull beliggenhet ved Totakvannet. Her kan dere nyte ro og stillhet. Høy standard. Naturen kommer inn i stuen. Rådyr, harer, rev og hjort kommer ofte forbi. Yrende fulgleliv. Tranene har landingsplass her på vei inn til sine hekkeområder. Middelalder «prestvegen» går forbi eiendommen og kan følges gjennom skogen til Sandane som er badestranden med stor B. Sol fra midt på dagen.

Separate guest apartment in quiet area

Separate apartment in private house with separate access. Quiet area and immediate to the forest with lots of nice tracks. No problem with parking. Walking distance to grocery shops and café. 20 min drive from Oslo city center. The house is located ~600 m away from the nearest bus stop, all uphill. This means it fits better for guests arriving by car or are fairly fit to walk this distance from the bus.
