In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslofjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with its own entrance. This is in a peaceful residential area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo City Center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is quiet, so this place is not suitable for parties and noise, but suitable for quiet non-smoking people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and its surroundings!

Possibilities for renting bicycles. The residence is close to the ski slope and nice hiking excursions. It only takes 30 minutes to Oslo by bus and train or 10 minutes to Sandvika city center.

The apt. is located a bit up in the hill, so driveway to the house is a bit steep, can be challenge sometimes, 4WD car is an advantage on winter but 2WD is ok. 500 m from the bus stop. 70 m from the ski trails & forest.
