In winter, we recommend bringing your own duvet or sleeping bag as there are only summer duvets in the cabin! If you pay for a fishing license at the gate you have access to fishing in all waters! Possibility of kilo fishing in the surrounding forest lakes. Holleia offers fantastic trips for those who want to go short and long. Skiing opportunities right outside the cabin when there is enough snow! You are very welcome!

High standard Cabin close to Norefjell.

Nice high standard cabin for rent. Located in a small private cottage area with a short distance to Norefjell ski resort. Hiking and skiing trails in the immediate vicinity. The nearest village is Noresund. There you will find shops and a gas station. 1st floor contains hallway, storage room, large bathroom with sauna, 1 bedroom with family bed, (Space for 3), Living room and open kitchen solution. On the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms + a small living room with a seating area. There is also a day bed. Bedroom 1: double bed, bedroom 2: two single beds.

The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. Unique location by Randsfjorden and the amazing nature. Here you can recharge your batteries and take part in all the sights and activities for all ages that are nearby. You will arrive to ready-made beds, as well as towels. I'll take care of the house cleaning when you check out. But remember to wash the dishes. The cabin consists of a living room/kitchen with sofa bed (140 cm) as well as a large bedroom with a continental bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed (160 cm). There is an outhouse, as well as a shower in the form of a bath in Randsfjorden. Welcome!

We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the apartment on the top floor on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita hytte i solfylt gårdstun") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great views of Totak and the mountains. 5 min drive to the city center with shops and groomed cross-country ski trails. 10 min to ski resorts. Good WIFI. Great hiking opportunities in summer. Our country house is easy to reach by the main road between Bergen and Oslo. Only one hour drive from Oslo and from Oslo airport Gardermoen. You'll love the place in quiet surroundings and wild nature, the view, the large outdoor areas with direct access to the river. Two canoes & one boat included, ready for taking you out for fishing or just for an adventure up the river. An hour drive from the house you wil reach the nearest mountains to Oslo, Vikerfjell, a great place for hiking and biking.

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

Huset er på 94 kvm og inneholder to store soverom , et lite bad med varme i gulv , stor og romslig entre, nytt kjøkken og stor stue med to store sofaer som kan benyttes som senger.. Alt er pusset opp i 2017. Det er en uteplass med kveldssol som tilhører huset og parkering utenfor. Rett ved strand, skog, fjell og by. Om du vil reise, klatre, kite eller bare slappe av. Oppvarming skjer med varmepumpe og vedovn samt panelovner.
