The house is 124 m² and has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (both with shower and toilet, on the upper floor even with bathtub and sauna). On the first floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a spacious dining area and a living area with a fireplace. All bedrooms and the living room have smart TVs. The attic invites you to play foosball or read a book. Outside, there is a furnished terrace on the first floor and a balcony on the second floor.

Each apartment has its own natural garden. Ideal place for a relaxing couple's vacation to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

Take a look into the timeless retro charm of our cottage on the dike in Balje. The rural life, the expanses of the outdoor area as well as the large garden, where fruit trees are also to be found, invite you to slow down. From the upper floor, you can look at the Elbe with its shipping traffic to and from Hamburg. Nestled between Cuxhaven and Stade, many small places also offer for bike and motorcycle riders, beautiful routes and opportunities for shopping and lingering.

"Hus Utspann" - Experience a wonderful time!

"Hus Utspann" is suitable for families or for a generational vacation. We like to welcome couples who prefer separate bedrooms, students preparing for exams, girlfriend vacations, participants in outpatient rehab or or... The beach, the town center, the harbor and various shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes on foot (see below). The stop at the seasonal Bäderbahn is close by. IMPORTANT: There is a spa tax obligation! (see below)

You will love my accommodation because of the peace and the good air and the kilometer-wide view over the fields as well as the immaculate condition.
