If you are looking for something special, you will find it here: our old farmhouse in Holstein Switzerland near the Baltic Sea offers the best conditions for a relaxing stay. Our stud farm, in a secluded location away from the crowds of tourists on 100 hectares of our own land, is worth a visit at any time of the year. Not far from beautiful natural beaches or tourist hotspots, it offers something for every taste, freshly renovated and with modern furnishings, a paradise for dogs, people and horses!

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Old Gardener’s House – a waterside paradise

The former gardener’s house, originally built in 1710, is nestled in the stunning natural landscape of the picturesque Holsteinische Schweiz, directly on the Schwentine River, one of Schleswig-Holstein’s longest rivers. In 2025, the house was lovingly restored with meticulous attention to detail. The result is a true gem situated directly opposite Schleswig-Holstein’s oldest manor estate. The surrounding landscape of lakes, fields, forests, and gentle hills lends the area its captivating charm.

Hygge Hus - Coziness right on the dike

The Hygge Hus combines modern interior style with Scandinavian coziness in a quiet Dithmarschen atmosphere. Located directly on the dike, you can enjoy the expanse of the North Sea right outside the front door. Located in a quiet vacation home development, the cozy, light-flooded living area invites you to take a break in front of the fireplace after an extensive walk, even in the cold season. The fully equipped kitchen and the shower bath with whirlpool are additional feel-good factors.

Idyllic apartment under thatch

Live in the old village school opposite the Feldsteinkirche [fieldstone church]. In recent years, we have lovingly handcrafted a vacation apartment (60 m2) from the former classroom wing of the "Grot School", where the "groten" (big) students had their classroom. A light-flooded large eat-in kitchen forms the center of the stylish apartment. Centrally but rurally located, 15 minutes by car to the Kiel center, 25 minutes to the beach. Paddle on Eider & Westensee, hike in the nature park!

Quiet time out on the Elbe dyke! Haselau is a small, idyllic town – only 30 km from Hamburg. The house is located on a fruit farm, nestled in a beautiful landscape, surrounded by orchards and nature. A nature reserve begins right on the doorstep - ideal for walks and enjoying nature. The Inner Elbe is located directly behind the dyke, just a few steps away. Enjoy peace and quiet, fresh air and the proximity to agriculture – a place to breathe deeply and relax.

Historic thatched-roof house

The listed thatched roof skate is in the center of Albersdorf. This special accommodation has everything you need for a relaxing stay in the climatic spa, with its stone age park, in the heart of Dithmarschen. The house, with about 140 m2 of living space and an antique fireplace, is available for guests for their own use. From here, you can take many excursions to the North Sea (Büsum 30 and Speichererkoog in Meldorf 20 minutes by car, ...).

Charming “chapel” in the north German Bullerbü

Our small "chapel" is located on a former farm between the Schlei and the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Peacefully nestled between meadows, fields and moors lies our unmistakable "mini-village". We have four families with a total of five children as well as a friendly Hovawart dog, four cats, a rooster and two hens. All two- and four-legged animals run around freely on the property, there are no fences or gates.

The thatched roof vacation home is from the 16th century, with a 3000 square meter property. This house has been renovated and equipped with complete underfloor heating. The heater is a modern eco-friendly air-heat pump. There are 6 beds available plus 2 mattresses No bed linens and towels are provided.
