The old mill tower is located in a quiet detached house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a Siels. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest WiFi available!

Der kleine Bauwagen verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen und einem seperaten Bad inklusive Dusche mit warmen Wasser. Auf der Außenterrasse kann man sein Frühstück genießen und abends am Lagerfeuer entspannen. Die Umgebung ist vor allem bei Fahrradfahrern, Kanuten und Wanderern sehr beliebt.

North Sea resort Burhave, located at the end of a cul-de-sac, separate access, newly converted attic with living room, integrated kitchen with EBK (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, sleeping area with double bed, built-in cupboard, shower room, toilet, towel heater, washing machine.
