Dream house with a courtyard in the middle of Butzbach

On my parents' property, next to our house, there is a lovely two-room flat with a separate entrance. Our guests can feel at home in the space, which measures approximately 50 square metres. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room and a bedroom, each with a comfortable double bed (1.40 x 2 m). In the living room, a sofa bed provides enough space for two more people. There is also a courtyard with plenty of seating for shared use.

Very nice apartment

Very nice apartment for rent in a quiet residential area centrally located in Butzbach City. The apartment is 10 minutes from the train station, and it is only a few minutes' walk to the city center with the historic market square and the Landgrafenschloss. There are some nice restaurants and a good cultural offer. Butzbach is right on the A5 and A45 and Frankfurt and Gießen can be reached quickly. The apartment is fully furnished and the terrace can be used.

The Fadenstein Hof was built in 1877 and has had a wild history over the past 150 years. Lovingly renovated 3 years ago. Our romantic apartment Otto is 34 sqm, has a modern shower room, a fully equipped kitchenette, a cosy dining area and a double bed. The apartment is located in a side building with its own entrance from the courtyard and, despite the central location on the market square, is secluded and undisturbed in this typical Wetterau farmstead.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. The detached single-family home was originally built in 1962 as a weekend house for a Frankfurt family and has been completely renovated and converted in the last three years. It has become modern, practical, efficient but also very cozy and offers an oasis of well-being of about 150 m² on 2 floors.
