In general, we were satisfied with our stay in this apartment. Spacious apartment, easy to find the building, easy to get in. There are no complaints about cleanliness except the floor that could have been cleaner. There are enough utensils to cook something to eat. The neighborhood is not the quietest, but we did not expect another, it is not very up to the owners of the apartment. Very cool that it's very close to the beach!

Alessandro was very helpful and fast to respond. The flat was comfortable and well-equipped. We went to have a quiet New Year by the beach for our dog and this worked out well.
