Recently-restored AIR-CONDITIONED bright apt with gorgeous wooden beams in the middle of charming Cannaregio district. You will find all modern amenities, sapiently mixed with a Venetian flavor. Perfect location, 10-min walking distance from the train station, few steps away from public boat transport, local restaurants (not tourist traps) and bars. You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

Zattere English Cottage close to Guggenheim

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is equipped with everything, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace, the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

Just Renewed - It lies in a very central area of Venice, near Biennale Arte, it is very quiet, being out of the mass tourism paths, but at the same time close to everything. In fact it takes only a few minutes walk to Biennale (5 min walk), Rialto (15), San Marco (10). It is also close to Arsenale and San Zaccaria boat piers) where all the major boat lines depart to all the most important destinations: Airport, Train Station, Murano, Burano, Lido.
