Mr Giovani and his wife Clara are exceptional hosts. Extremely polite and kind. We felt at home. The property met our expectations... we wanted a large and cozy place to reunite our family and the lodging delivered what we needed. Highlight for the outdoor area, all covered, ventilated, with swimming pool, barbecue and several tables. No caveats!

Space exactly as described. Mr. Paulo very attentive, Jacilene, who received us very kind and kind, heed all our requests. They serve very tasty dishes, order the tapioca that is quite stuffed. The place is peaceful and pleasant. very close to the beach. We only had a little nuisance with a neighbor in the next flat that made a little noise and who became uncomfortable at bedtime. Everything else is very perfect.

Leonardo is a top quality host, the super clean and organized house, perfect bed and bath linens, we found everything we need in the kitchen, well equipped and clean, my family felt at home, we appreciate the affection with which we were treated . Perfect location, snack bars, pharmacy, bakery and markets on the corner.

Great place to travel with the family. Host very well disposed to help with day-to-day suggestions. Quiet street near the highway that gives access to markets and other needs.

I highly recommend Diego's house. With your eyes closed! The house is very comfortable, it is nice to stay, it fits a lot of people.... it is all very close, especially the beach, which is a great advantage. Diego always attended to us and helped us with everything we needed. So, for those who come on vacation and don't want to waste time and stay in a nice place that feels like home, just book! I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

The view , ideal location , facing the sea but a quieter part and at the same time close to good restaurants in the Jardim Oceania neighborhood. Close to the Bessa grill for evening shows. Pretty decor, well-equipped ,even a dishwasher.

Everything is ok with the described, but it was missing in the cleaning, especially in the sheets and fans

Great accommodation. Exactly as shown in the photos. Just as a suggestion: put a double bed in the second bedroom and an auxiliary mattress and look into the possibility of a washing machine to facilitate longer stays.

We are leaving with heart pain as we feel at home of so much comfort and amenities offered by host Uiara. In addition to the wonderful accommodation, location and environment, reception, service and speed in us respond, we were very well received at the gatehouse, which gave us a greater sense of being at home. We love the flat. The facilities meet the needs, quiet neighborhood, wonderful view, super clean beach. The sunrise and the sunset in the rooftop is too beautiful

The flat is excellent: large, airy, clean and fully equipped with the necessary kitchen utensils for a comfortable stay. The rooms are air-conditioned, and both bedding and towels were clean and well cared for. The structure is impeccable: wonderful pool, easy access to the beach, large parking and a safe environment, ideal for families. The location is also a differential, in front of the condominium there is a pharmacy, a small market, pizzeria, ice cream and bars, which brings even more practicality to daily life. Host Isabella was very attentive, responded promptly to messages and provided all the necessary information. We had a great experience and we will undoubtedly return

The host Adelino always attentive and helpful at all times. It explained all the details of the building and the apartment, from the parking space to the existing grocery store in the building. Apt is very good, as described, the building is excellent, the pool area is great and has a beautiful view, it has playroom spaces and games room that is worth it for children. The apt well equipped, clean, ventilated and well organized! Our family loved it!

Very good accommodation! Silvia solved small unforeseen events that are normal, an air conditioner was not working but she provided a fan as an immediate solution and hired a technician who solved the problem in the first hours of the following tomorrow. We will definitely return
