Hi, T1 28m2 on the ground floor, air-conditioned, 4pers. Garden with plancha (about 100m2) and swimming pool (4x2 and 1m10 prof.) 15 minutes from the beaches (Canet en Roussillon or Saint Cyprien) and 10 minutes from the center of Perpignan. The garden and pool are shared spaces with the three of us but can be privatized upon request from October to April. We usually use the pool from 4pm to 6pm. We are a couple with an 8 year old child. Cinema and children's parks in the municipality.
