Large apartment, very good beds,super clean, clean bed and bath linen,very good indeed. The air-conditioning was missed,but it had good fans. We had problems with the stove and with the electric power,which was quickly solved. I suggest you change the couch,as it is wood,it was not comfortable.

A great experience! A cheap place to stay that matches the photos, ideal for a small group of friends. The presence of a real estate agent was not necessary, as the arrival and departure could be done by the caretaker of the residence. Thank you for this trip!

The apartment has a family, a couple and up to three children well. It has a mattress, in case it is necessary to house anyone else. Pleasant condominium. It is very close to the beach and there are nearby food options, for those who do not want to go to the Búzios Center. I recommend it!

We stayed 10 days in the apartment and the experience was very good. It is super comfortable, it is super equipped, everything works perfectly, if you communicate with the people in charge they respond immediately and are very friendly. Super recommend. Exceptional location. Just cross the fair and the beach is right in front of you. At night, the fair has everything you can imagine to eat. Just go down and choose.

The flat is very comfortable and clean!! Qdo arrived, it was super smelling. Various utensils in the kitchen, very comfortable beds and sofa. Only few details to improve, such as the water filter, which hardly came out of water and the bathroom sand, which was difficult to open, by the broken pedal…, but it was just that! Alexandre is a great host, always answered our questions, the house and the space are ideal for a family of up to 4 people, had the necessary vessels for cooking, super safe condominium with 24-hour doorman, top pool. Area near Geribá beach and an ideal distance to other tourist attractions in the city.

Good morning, our stay was very quiet , very quiet and clean condominium. The house was like the photos of the ad . It was 9 days of much peace and joy ,we adored and will be back soon .

We loved our stay in the Giselle and Wallace bungalow. The space was clean and organized. Condominio very clean also and organized. We love the pool. The local street has several good restaurants, nearby bakery and extra market. I went to the mall walking because it's close too. I will return other times and super indicate.

Excellent stay. Very clean and organized exactly as in the photos. We were in two couples and the apartment served us very well. Less than 5min walk to the beach of Geriba. We'll be back for sure. I recommend it to everyone.

the house is in a very well located condominium and insurance. close to the beach and the commerce. good parking and safe condominium. the condominium has a swimming pool, shower and sauna. it was great our lodging, would come back again! very attentive host. checkin and checkout super quiet. thanks for the period.

The apartment is according to the announcement! The condominium is wonderful, very quiet, the children loved. The house served us perfectly, the pool having lifeguards is a differential. We had the misfortune of one of the condominium fit to be under construction during our stay, so during the day we would hear noises of work. As a point of improvement, the TV could be smart for us to connect; we were restricted to 5 channels only. Other than that, it was all perfect! We'll be back for sure.

I took advantage of the holidays and went to Cabo Frio with my family in early August. The apartment is close to Dunas beach, but to speed things up it is better to drive there. The location is great, as it has easy access to Arraial do Cabo and the like. The day we went the apartment had no internet, apparently with some problem in the region, so that was a negative point for that moment, because as much as we were there enjoying the beach, at night when we arrived at the apartment we were limited in relation to the things that needed internet, so we had to route the internet from the cell phone to the TV. And Jorginho (caretaker) is super polite and always helped us when we needed it, especially with this Internet/check-in and check-out issue. The apartment has potential, it is large, it accommodated 5 people perfectly, but we felt a lack of utensils in the kitchen. (cutlery, glasses, pots) Otherwise, expectations were met and we had an amazing week in Cabo Frio.

It was our second time at the Brenda AP, as the first time everything was great, she is super attentive, of the excellent tips of the region, we took the boat trip in the camp for her indication and we won up to a discount. I give a lot of this hosting!

Great stay, perfect space, great location, home exactly like the photos, I would say even better. All clear and in perfect condition! Air conditioning in all rooms, equipped kitchen! Condominium with swimming pool, sauna, game room and parking! Very good! I highly recommend it.
