Because we were just with the heat wave and we need the air for the peak hours that on the beach you can't be, anyway it has very powerful fans, but with an air I think it would be perfect! The cleanliness is super well and La Paz that reigns in the place is incredible, highly recommended! Hopefully we will be back again!

We spent 15 days with my family in Nico's house and had a very good stay. The house is very comfortable, spacious and organized to feel at home. Very well located, close to the beach and downtown. We had a beautiful stay at Jorge's house, we had an inconvenience, a storm complicated the stay but Jorge gave us a solution and we were able to enjoy the weekend with more amenities than we thought. Jorge was always attentive, very willing to help us. We recommend and will be back to enjoy the hidden, at another opportunity.

The house is spotless. Everything was as described. It has a tree in front of the house that was our place for breakfast and snacks. The grill works perfectly and is in an ideal place to enjoy the beach. But it's also about 8 blocks from downtown. Everything is close by. There's a place next door that sells donuts, fried cakes and meals. The latter must be booked in advance. The Punto Sur restaurant was one block away. And the beautiful beach. You have to bring a strong umbrella because the wind is a daily friend.

Linda cottage, comfortable, well located (just 300 meters from the beach which allowed us to walk. Everything worked, clean, neat and they were excellent hosts! We were advised on shopping, places, things to do. Highly recommended!

The house is super comfortable for 7 people. The living room is super comfortable to be, read, eat, or take a nap. The dining table is spectacular for playing games, the kitchen with its super beautiful and comfortable wooden countertop when cooking. Tangerine (and non-white) lights are one of the things we highlight most, it made the place feel more welcoming. The house is in a perfect location, between the mountain, with lots of privacy. It is located near the beach and the moon valley. It's great for a season like fall or spring, where the cool or even a storm is enjoyed inside the house

My Airbnb experience was spectacular! Place is a wonder, with a huge property with lots of shade and nature. The proximity to the Valley of the Moon and the beach just a few blocks away is a dream come true. The deck and grill are very charming, with umbrella hammocks inviting you to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It's a beautiful place to enjoy and share with friends. The host's good vibe was a plus that made a difference. From the moment we were picked up at the bus stop, we felt like we were in good hands. Also, they lent us bikes to run errands the day we didn't have a car. She was on the lookout for anything we needed. We would definitely come back!
