The house has been recently renovated, consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds with TV and air conditioning plus a bedroom with a bunk bed and air conditioning, the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and equipment needed for cooking. In the living room there are two sofas, TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is large and bright, also equipped with air conditioning. Outside there is a large flower garden with a table and space for motorcycle parking. Wi-Fi throughout the house.

A few km from the beaches of Is Aruttas, Mari Ermi and San Giovanni. The house consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, a kitchen and a garden with a relaxation area. Un patio con giardino dove poter mangiare. In tutta la casa sono presenti le Zanzariere

Casa Beatrice is in a great location to explore its natural, artistic and cultural beauties, a short walk from the Museum of the Giants of Mont'e Prama, a unique archaeological site in the world, and the picturesque lagoon of Cabras, famous for its pink flamingos. In a few minutes by car you can reach the beaches of Is Arutas, Maimoni Mari Ermi and San Giovanni di Sinis considered among the most beautiful in Sardinia, and the ancient city of Tharros, a real jewel of history and archeology.

Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .

Holiday home located a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of the Sinis coast, the archaeological site of Tharros and 10 minutes from the city of Oristano. Reachable from Cagliari airport 98 km .
