The stay at Paulo's cottage was sensational. The structure of the house is excellent, all the environments extremely cozy, we find everything very clean and organized. The kitchen is fully equipped, we do not miss anything, organized bedrooms and bathrooms, cozy living and dining rooms, in addition to the barbecue area that served us very well. For hot days the pool is wonderful. For those who have a small baby, Paulo provides a crib and bathtub to meet this need. Paulo is extremely cordial, attentive and responded to my messages with great agility, on the day of the check in he was present and showed us all the environments with a lot of patience. We will definitely return with family to enjoy this beautiful space. I highly recommend staying at this location. I thank Paulo for all the attention and cordiality with me and my family.

It was the 2nd time I was there and I'm already planning to return. This time, the upholstery of the sofas were renovated. Charming and functional as everything in the house. It is evident that it is a cared house, with constant maintenance to welcome and receive always. Large, equipped house, easy to clean and beautiful. For her to be perfect, I would order towels and linens to ease the logistics and space in the luggage car. But it has the pillows, which helps. Dona Inês, who cares for the house - by indication of the owners - is competent, proactive and kind. Looking forward to meeting you!

Really everything was good , from the reception to the exit . It was flexible with schedule and very polite , the house was impeccable and every place well divided and with various things like spending time . A great place to rest with the family and enjoy the place . Hope to return soon 🙏🏽

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

Mariana and her family were kind and helpful from the beginning. Sharing extremely clear tips and instructions about the stay. We had a delay in the scheduled check-in time and were still flexible and still received us with a delicious cake and lots of sympathy. I spent the weekend in the house to celebrate my father's birthday as a family and it couldn't have been better. The house is better than in the photos, the kitchen had complete utensils, the house accommodated us super well, and the view to the lake is great, not to mention that the place is very quiet in quiet. We love and hope to return soon!

We rent the space for a family New Year's Eve and the place is captivating with regard to the natural beauties,the images do not show as much as it is.The chanting of the birds,the flowers and the mangoes - donated by the neighbor - are some points capable of describing the atmosphere of the place.The dirt road requires a little more of the car in the final route,but nothing that compromises the journey or disturbs the heart. The utensils and the house,are simple and cozy,the boy responsible for receiving us was attentive and proactive, the communication with Adilson was clear and objective from beginning to end.Dif charming days in general.

The space is outstanding! Large house with all the necessary utensils. The environment is safe, with a wonderful, clean, and warm pool, as well as a game room. In addition, the house has complete rooms, and everything available is new and well cared for! Excellent!

First we go that yields bedding, face towel in bathrooms, liquid soap in bathrooms and pillows. The conservation of the house is excellent, all just like the photos. Pool is cleaned every morning by the homemade Heleno and Nilza. Full kitchen structure, living room in both houses, has a wood stove, oven, barbecue, two stoves, Airfryer, two microwave. Two large tables with space for 20 people approx. It has an intercom to call the housekeeper. I highly recommend it!

We spent 4 days in the farm and everything was great. The house is super well-equipped, has two kitchens with all kinds of utensils, the rooms have air conditioning or ceiling fan. Everything was clean and we were well received. Alvaro was shown to be available and was quite flexible with our request to get in early as it was my father's birthday. The outdoor area is very nice and beautiful, great for a good rest and moments with family or with friends. Some areas of the house already show that they are in need of maintenance, but nothing to hinder the stay. We love it and would like to come back for sure!
