Small air-conditioned wooden house

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)

The house is located between Aix and Marseille (20 minutes), 10 minutes from Gare Aix TGV and 20 minutes from Marseille airport, and about thirty minutes from the beaches on the blue side. On foot you can go to the supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, tobacco and restaurant. The rate includes cleaning, bed linen and two small towels per person.
