The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Dear Guests Welcome! Caccamo is a hill town on the north coast of Sicily 521 m above the sea level, 10 km from the coast, 45 km from Palermo. The town of medieval origin is very rich in art and history. The town holds great views of the surrounding countryside and overlooks the San Leonardo river valley and the artificial lake Rosamarina, where you can enjoy different recreation activities and watersports. The area is known for its agricultural products: almonds, meat, cheeses and olives.

The geographical position of this villa allows you to admire two landscapes: behind you, Mount Eurako, and comfortably, from anywhere in the house, the infinite and immense beauty of the sea. Precisely for this reason, a new, completely infinity pool overlooking the sea has been built. Cefalù, Palermo and Castelbuono are just a few kilometers away.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

The house is located 500 meters from the center and 750 meters from the Castle of Caccamo. It is equipped with a large and well-equipped living room kitchen and a bathroom; a double bedroom and a loft with a full-size bed and a bathroom with a large shower. You can park your car for free, and parking is easy to find. Quality towels, fresh sheets, shampoo, and shower gel will be at your disposal.
