Genevieve did everything possible to make our stay a great experience. I booked this as a surprise birthday getaway for my partner, and without me having to ask, Genevieve added a bunch of little treats to celebrate. Everything was super clean, and the little things like turning on the towel heater was a great touch for our stay. Both my partner and I had the best time, using the fire pit to toast marshmallows gifted to us by the hosts, and enjoying the beautiful sunrise with a cup of tea overlooking the most peaceful landscape. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice getaway, it is so worth the money.

We found Kate's property with extensive gardens and mature trees was so impressive, especially the avenue of trees at night. Our delightful cottage had everything you could want. All the rooms, including the bathroom, were spacious and the kitchen was well appointed and the view over the farmland was very restful. We received a lovely surprise on returning to the cottage on Anzac Day evening to find freshly made Anzac biscuits waiting for our supper and the heating turned on which was so nice as the evening had turned quite cold. The wood burning fire was laid ready but we didnt use it as we returned late each evening. It was a quiet retreat after spending hectic days with our daughter and our 2 grandchildren.

We had a wonderful stay at Jane's. The place was very welcoming and cosy. Great space, private and perfect location. Very lovely touch to leave bread, coffee and butter. Jane super responsive. Thanks so much for having us, would def book again.

Fabulous place to stay for a weekend, close to town but still very quiet. Nice and cosy and everything you need. Carmel was an absolute delight and would stay there again.
