Alice's House - House on the Ligurian seafront

CITRA code 011022-LT-0083. Experience the thrill of staying in a bright 17th-century house, in the heart of a village a few meters from the sea. Have fun finding all the details of the marine world in the rooms, then go out on the terrace and admire the blue of the water for yourself. On the first floor, there is a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a sea view. Downstairs, there is a double bedroom and a second bathroom. The house is the ideal solution for a couple with or without children who, thanks to the double bathrooms and the double sofa bed in the living room, can find a comfortable accommodation. The house is accessible via a short flight of about ten steps. I live a few steps from Alice's House and am available for any request or information. Discover the truest Liguria by immersing yourself in the life of a small fishing village a few kilometers from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, taste the gastronomic specialties of the Gulf of Poets, then take advantage of the nearby beach and enjoy moments of pure relaxation by the sea. Fezzano is located in the middle of the Provincial Road that connects La Spezia to Portovenere on a route of about 15 km and is connected to these two locations by public transport that runs about every half hour. From Fezzano, via La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Lerici and the other towns of the Gulf of Poets are easily reachable by car or public transport. A few highway exits away on the A12 highway you can reach Sarzana, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia, Portofino. A parking garage has recently been built in the village with about 100 paid parking spaces (daily rate €10.00). A private garage adjacent to Alice's House is available at the usual price. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING FOR GUESTS WITHOUT A CAR. Apartment surrounded by greenery, located on the 2nd floor of an old building on the hill of Tranquillo, about 5 km from La Spezia It includes a bedroom with bed, bathroom with shower and a kitchen overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Poets. The area is a good base for excursions from Campiglia to Portovenere and 5 Terre for hiking lovers Location NOT RECOMMENDED for guests without a car and who love the comforts of the city.

The House of Alloria

A small house dating back to 1600, hidden in a suggestive corner (reachable only by stairs) of a small and characteristic village of the high Fezzano. In the green hills between Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre, overlooking the Gulf of La Spezia from above, the house has been completely renovated, but still retains the original wooden ceilings and the ancient nineteenth-century grit floors. Apartment located on the first floor of a palace in the ancient and quiet village of Marola. La Casetta dei due Freschi

My accommodation is in Acquasanta Marola near Campiglia about 2 km, CAI trails, about 9 km from Portovenere, about 10 km from Riomaggiore first town of the Cinque Terre, public transport (BUS) at 50 meters, train station at 3.5 km. You will love my place for these reasons: the joyful atmosphere and comfort, the place is located on the ground floor, parking is free and usually easy to find. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and furry friends.
