It is very close to the historic center and La Caleta beach. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and hospital. It is very safe and quiet. It has ample parking, free for a large car or four motorcycles. From 01-01-2026, only vehicles with at least a B card will be able to access the parking lot, and from 01-01-2027, only vehicles with a ZERO or ECO environmental card will be able to access the parking lot, or they will have to park in a nearby public parking lot.

With stunning views and the beach 10 footsteps away, this house is ideal for large families or groups who would like to spend their summer in Spain. The house is spacious and can easily be occupied by 12 persons. All the rooms have their own private bathroom. The village, Conil, is 5 minutes away by car and the house has several supermarkets and restaurants near. The house incluides a private parking for two vehicles.
