Ático Valdelagrana Cádiz is a very spacious one-bedroom home. The penthouse is located in the Las Salinas Residential Area on the second line of Valdelagrana Beach. It has been recently renovated and has a living room with a dining table and access to the terrace with a dining area, and to the kitchen and laundry room. From the hallway you can access the bedroom and bathroom with shower. The bedroom is very spacious with a double bed and several closets. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

The entrance to the rustic white home features large wooden double doors, framed by a warm terracotta tile roof. A small yellow window complements the facade, while a broom leans against the wall beside a natural stone pathway, enhancing the welcoming country feel.

It is very close to the historic center and La Caleta beach. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and hospital. It is very safe and quiet. It has ample parking, free for a large car or four motorcycles. From 01-01-2026, only vehicles with at least a B card will be able to access the parking lot, and from 01-01-2027, only vehicles with a ZERO or ECO environmental card will be able to access the parking lot, or they will have to park in a nearby public parking lot.
