Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, refrigerator, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle. With WiFi, TV and in summer an air-cooler. Delicious soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair provided, this costs €10 per stay. (pay loose on arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2p.m. Check out before 10:00. Parking is free in the driveway with us. So no parking fee! Our price includes tourist tax. This monumental wheat mill offers the visitor peace and comfort, a vacation in a unique place between the Veerse Meer and the Zeeland beach. The mill can accommodate 4 adults or 5 people if there are children. The location offers lots of privacy, lots of outdoor space and is completely newly decorated. As a couple, we are often abroad for work and like to rent our home to people who will enjoy it as much as we do. The house consists of 3 floors and has 2 large terraces with lots of sun and greenery. 2 spacious bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes. The kitchen, living room and dining area contain high-quality materials and an abundance of natural sunlight. The 3rd room + bathroom has access to the terrace. The modular sofa converts into a comfortable double bed.

Our apartment has been recently renovated (04/2022) and offers all you are looking for. It's ideally located on the "zeedijk" or "the dike" on the 7th floor (elevator is present!). Fully and over-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, 2 bedrooms, an underground parking space,... Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

On the edge of Nieuwvliet village, this cottage is on a property next to the main house (owners or tenants may be present there). With a view over the polder, orchard and in the distance the airfield of Nieuwvliet. With 1 bedroom for 2 people and possibly a baby bed. In the living room, a sofa bed is possible for 2 people. Beach 2.5 km away.
