Very kind and friendly host, new house, well cared for in detail and corresponding to the photos. Car park inside the living solution and large spaces, garden and patio. Ideal solution for those looking for a spacious place, in a quiet residential area, near the city of Palma and the airport.

The place is as on the pictures very nice. The communication was really great, I received a response within a few minutes. The property can definitely recommend it.

Very good stay in the house as described. Spacious for 8 people both inside and outside with its 3 terraces.. Quiet neighborhood, perfect . A bus is a 10' walk away if needed . Beautiful cove 2' walk away ( be careful, no beach , rocks to put things down and go swimming in crystal clear water). German's mom, who lives upstairs , is very nice . Responsive host very quickly . Thanks for a great stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it. As a family, we felt very comfortable in the well-kept and well-equipped house with a huge pool. The beds are excellent. The garden is beautifully landscaped. The terrace overlooking the garden is spacious. The house itself is beautiful and quietly located in a small residential area just 10 minutes drive from the airport. The house is also close to beautiful beaches. It also takes only 5 minutes by car to a nearby place with a cafe, supermarket, wine merchant, doctor, pharmacy and restaurants. All in all it was a beautiful and relaxing holiday.
