Monthly Rentals in Cala Tropicana

This is a lovely villa within walking distance to the beach, a small market and restaurant. Car rental required; it would be hard to access by bus. Parking is at villa behind gate. We are a family with two adults and two small children; the two bedrooms were great. Our kids shared the room with two single beds. For clarity, the third bedroom is an external entrance only, and cannot be accessed through the main part of the house. We could not have put our young kids down there; but other adults or teenagers would appreciate it. November is off season- recommend getting groceries before arrival! We enjoyed beach exploring, a day trip to the caves and relaxing. Although the pool was chilly, we still used it (salt water). The garden is gorgeous and we loved it and the covered patio for the evenings. A lovely kitchen, fully accommodating and even extra pool towels. Gracias!

I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartment is ideal for a longer stay. Yes, the hotel across the street is louder music or children who stay up longer, but I would say that everything is in the frame. Good bus connection to Portocristo (nearest larger supermarket & gym), the local supermarket is within walking distance and the sun on the balcony is a dream for a lunch break. Once I had internet problems, I had to go to the beach. Christian took care of it right away and then it worked again. Otherwise, the internet connection is working perfectly! Video calls via Zoom & Teams as well as phone calls wonderfully possible to Dt. Highly recommended! I'd love to come back :-)

We had a great time very exotic, the accommodation is very good 👍 We enjoyed the very well maintained pool. We were happy with the well-equipped accommodation all for the holiday umbrellas, beach towels.... The only downside there is no coffee maker but we went on foot to drink our morning coffee in the city center which is within 10 minutes it was nice 😜 We found space to park every time I thank very much Svetlana for allowing us to stay longer we had to leave by 12pm we left at 5pm we were able to enjoy the beach until the last moment. We had an unforgettable 7 days. Mallorca is a must! Thank you so much for our perfect summer honeymoon trip 👍

Really nice house in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed as a group of four adults with two small children, and there were plenty of toys and games for the kids to enjoy. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. Edwin is a great host and was always quick to respond with answers and help. The house is very well-equipped — you’ll find everything you need. The kitchen, in particular, is well-stocked compared to other holiday homes we've stayed in (though there is no dishwasher), and even the knives are sharp! You’ll need a car to explore the nearby beaches and surroundings. You can really feel that this is a home where the host and his family have spent a lot of time—there’s a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes the house feel especially cozy."
