Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

It's a great apartment. Very spacious and with a terrace almost as large as the apartment, very well furnished to enjoy it. Very well-equipped kitchen. The air conditioning works very well. I was great that I had a very large garage underneath to store my rental car. Francesca is always ready to help and if you miss something, she fixes it for you. It's a very quiet area with noises. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay with Miriam and Gaspare! The place was outstanding—clean, comfortable, and felt newly renovated with a modern, high-tech touch. It had everything we needed, including an iron, washing machine, and a lovely patio perfect for relaxing. They were incredibly friendly and their detailed instructions and local tips made everything easy. It’s about 25 minutes from Pisa by car or bus, 45 minutes to Lucca, and an hour to Florence. The beach is an easy 18-minute walk. While the town is quiet, there’s a great coffee shop and a Coop store nearby. Highly recommended for a relaxing, well-located getaway!

The place was very suitable for us as a family with 3 children and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is large and very well furnished. The fact that the bedrooms upstairs are connected to each other was no problem for us, we had enough privacy. The top room with paravan and curtain can also be visually "screened" down. There is plenty of dishes and many kitchen appliances available. The location with the proximity and views to the sea was perfect. We were glad we were able to heat as we were there in April and it got quite cold at night. Just across the street there is a supermarket and a few other shops and restaurants. Due to the season, not everything was open yet and it was not much going on, rather a disadvantage for us, but certainly an advantage for others due to the tranquility. The contact with Alessandra was extremely pleasant and we always received an answer and good tips from her immediately. We would go there again! Thanks, Alessandra!
