It is a 5-minute walk from the center of the village and a little more from the beautiful sea.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The accommodation is located on the second floor of a recently renovated house and consists of a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and TV, a bathroom, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a laundry area. The kitchen overlooks a veranda equipped with a table, chairs, and deck chairs. The living area has air conditioning.
