In the centre of Calasetta, a 5-minute walk from the marina and the first beach. Ideal for families: it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette. Bright, it has articulated open spaces: a first courtyard, in front of the entrance with an outdoor table and shower, from which you can access the staircase that leads to a second small terrace, and finally to a large terrace of about 40 square metres, furnished with a table and deckchairs. Inside the house, there are two balconies.

Best location 400 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the center

Perfectly located apartment 400 meters from the sea and 300 meters from the central square of Calasetta. A large veranda with a view with tables and chairs, outdoor shower and fireplace and a very convenient indoor parking space. The apartment consists of a bathroom with shower, large kitchen with kitchenette and 2 bedrooms (one double + single bed and one with 2 single beds) + the possibility of a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment is equipped with a 5000 L tank, TV, barbecue and washing machine.

old and modern with design

Every detail of the house has been carefully considered and researched over time so that you can enjoy total relaxation. Complete with every accessory. The staircase is modern, so you have to be careful with children. We don't want to block it with "not suitable for children" because we love our little guests. The house has two outdoor areas, one of which allows you to organize relaxing outdoor dinners.
