Great location: Airport and Maya Train 5 minutes by car; you can walk to the ADO terminal and Plaza de las Américas, where safe and cheap taxis leave for Bacalar. There is a park nearby and many fast food places, typical food and more options.

The space on the lagoon is peaceful and private from other properties. There are two other units on the property, with whom access to the lagoon is shared.
