Welcome to Hummingbird House, where you can rest and relax in your own container home in the country. We have designed two containers with your comfort in mind. Whether you want to relax inside the bedroom and listen to our record collection or chill out in the large outdoor tub surrounded by our lush landscaping we will make sure you have everything you need. If you want to wander to Round Top, Lockhart (Best BBQ in TX) Smithville (aka Hope Floats movie) COTA Race track, or a trip into Austin.

The Art House - Master Suite, walk to square

If it didn’t share 1 wall, it’d be listed as a house! 1,200 steps from Lockhart Square, this huge primary suite with spa-like bathroom sits at the end of a newly-remodeled artist's home with peaceful views of the courtyard and pool. Private, keyless, self-check-in. Dedicated work, eating, and lounge areas with mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, record player, and more. Full access to a shared covered patio, backyard, grill, fire pit, and pool. Art gallery/studio tour available upon request.

Tranquil Tiny TX Space with Hot Tub

Come relax in this unique and tranquil getaway. Located just outside of Austin where you can get out of the city and spend some time in the peace and quiet, yet be able to drive to downtown Austin in 25 minutes or less. If you go the opposite direction to Lockhart you can get Texas's best BBQ!! Enjoy this newly remodeled space that includes a full kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with a queen size bed. Hang out in the living room watching TV or enjoy the Texas nights in the private Hot tub!

Cypress View River Barn

Cypress View River Barn is a cozy escape for 1-2 people. This guest house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. It is our strong intention to provide a quiet experience for both our guests and neighbors, so if you a looking for a place to party please seek a better fit.
