Casa Finetti è una struttura rustica con solaio, pavimento della camera in legno e muri in pietra. Dal piano terra si sale alla camera da letto tramite una scala a chiocciola. La casa è disposta su un piano terra e primo piano, entrambi di 18 metri quadrati. È una casetta semplice, senza il massimo dei confort, ma ha l'indispensabile per una mini vacanza.
