You can enjoy the sunset on its large balcony with a view of the pool, and you can reach the beach in just a few steps. Our apartment has air conditioning, high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and all the items you need. There is a car park on the site, and it offers a peaceful and safe holiday environment. NOTE: Apart from this house, I have another house of the same type in the same location. It is centrally located. There is a supermarket next to it. 5 min walk to Çalış beach. The garden is very nice, large and spacious. You can walk to the city center from the beach. 10 minutes walking distance to restaurants, bars, fruit and vegetable market... This house, which consists of 1 bedroom and 1 living room, can accommodate a maximum of 4 people with a spare folding bed and sofa. We cannot accept guests who are only male groups. THE POOL AND GARDEN ARE FOR THE COMMON USE OF ONLY 2 VILLAS
