30 minutes from Nice airport, studio with a fully equipped kitchenette, independent of the main house, quiet, in a cul-de-sac of a residential area. Large shared pool. Ideally located to visit Grasse and its perfumeries, Saint Paul de Vence and its artists, Cannes, Nice, Antibes, the hinterland and its typical villages (hiking, cycling, etc.)… and of course Monaco and St Tropez! Sophia Antipolis is 10 minutes away, Beaches 20 minutes' drive away, Several golf courses nearby.
