Holiday rentals in Caltagirone

We had a great time, the kids loved the swimming pool and the fussbal table. The garden is beautiful and peaceful. The host is very friendly and responds quickly. Short drive to the beach, to the centre of Noto and various other sights.

We were very well hosted by Daniela even though the check-in was a little chaotic with our GPS and the little information about the place, which is in the countryside. Daniela doesn't speak any English, which made things a little more complicated. But, we ended up finding it, that's the main thing. Upon arrival and departure, Daniela offered us Sicilian culinary specialties, which were very good and delicious fruit (special mention for almond cakes on the last day! ) The place is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the pool, especially since we were alone in the rental, which includes two other apartments. The beds are very comfortable. In short, we really enjoyed this place because we were quiet. We had a lovely stay at Villa Ambra. As others have mentioned in previous reviews, the place looks better than in the pictures. It was clean and had a very nice outdoor area with a pool, sunbeds, dining area, grill and table tennis. We had to check in very late, but that was no problem which was very nice. We would also like to recommend the taxi driver Carmelo and his son Luca, recommended by the host of the villa (his card is in the villa). Carmelo was like our private guide every time we needed to go somewhere and told us a lot about the history of Naxos, Taormina and Castelmola. On the final day he took us to Siracusa for a day trip, which we highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Roberta's apartment. The location is ideal, the view breathtaking and has made our view unforgettable. The apartment itself was superbly equipped. The kitchen left nothing to be desired (portafilter!) and the decor was modern and tasteful. Everything was clean and well maintained, so we immediately felt right at home. We particularly liked the comfortable mattresses, which ensured a good night's sleep. Communication with Roberta and Raffaele was also great! Their tips made our stay perfect.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need on vacation. Supermarket and restaurant are about 10 minutes by car and in and around Nicolosi there are numerous providers for Etna hikes or quad tours. Alessandro was super helpful with lots of tips for the area and even contacts for Etna hikes. Everything very clean and a small supply of water and cooking basics in the kitchen. The apartment is a little bit noisy, but that's not too bad. Even when the owners were there, they were very quiet and even gave us fresh tomatoes and herbs from the garden! Absolutely recommended!

Great location. Beautiful view from the kitchen and balcony - the sea at your fingertips. Very well equipped apartment. Bus stops nearby. A great base for exploring Taormina; the train station is about a 20-minute walk away. It is quite noisy at night due to the location of the apartment on the main streets. Great communication with your host. Thanks for all the amenities! :) Highly recommend!

The photos do not do justice to the place, very nice, clean and functional. Specifically, the apartment with the terrace is ideal for those who want a place isolated and surrounded by nature. Cinzia and Diego are very available to tell you about the place and totally immerse you in the nature of Etna. They also offer a selection of wines from their vineyard, for those who love rosé we recommend the Phoenician Arabic!

We felt very comfortable at Villa Sole. It has everything you need and it is also very clean and quiet. We were always very happy about the private parking by the house. The beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Caterina is a very pleasant and friendly person and the communication with her works great. The sweet welcome gift was the hit - thank you so much for it. We can fully recommend Villa Sole.
