Graham & Emma are indeed super hosts - so so friendly, thoughtful & helpful! Their apartment is indeed a home away from home. Everything was as pictured and described and more. They gave clear and prompt instructions for checking in. It was a very clean, well kept, light, private, quiet and peaceful place to stop over while visiting our family in Nottingham. Burton Joyce is a beautiful neighbourhood with lots of lovely places to investigate we wish we’d been able to stay longer! We would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to returning later in the year. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing.

truly a home from home it has every thing from airfryer to washing machine. Angela is really an amazing lady, providing welcome gifts,plus tea, coffee and fresh milk. great after a long journey cuppa and feet up. we would like to keep this a secret but it's too perfect for anyone to missout on. nook up you won't be disappointed

Lovely peaceful venue, but be sure you follow James and Shani's directions, not your satnav, because my definitely tried to send me the wrong way! Very quiet and nicely appointed space, perfect for my needs.

Came here with my husband for Easter weekend and have a fabulous time. The place looked just like the photos. It was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The hot tub was a lovely feature in very private surroundings. The location was ideal for local pubs and Alpaca Walking. It was in a lovely village. Maria was very responsive to all my messages and would highly recommend this place to anyone!
