The Grappolo has an amazing view, inspired by the old European villages. Stone walls, wood, furniture, books, decoration and objects from the family collection. A living room with a fireplace divides the space with the equipped kitchen. The look of the room continues to be wonderful with the door to the deck. Our desire is to share the experience in this very special place, providing reconnection with nature, the sound of birds, pure air from the top of the mountain, infinite shades of green and blue, tranquility and silence.

Casa do Sítio is located within a 240,000-meter rural property, 1,600 meters above sea level, with 60% native forest preserved, with trails, streams and fully open to guests to enjoy the beauty of Mantiqueira's nature in peace. We are an agroecological property, with an organic production certificate since 2005.

This space was born from a dream: to build our 'little house in the countryside', a refuge designed for our future retirement. While we continue to work in São Paulo, we decided to open our doors and share this special little corner with other travellers. Our charming site is the ideal place to breathe fresh air, encounter nature and drink pure spring water from the site itself. It is located in the countryside, 18 km from the center of Monte Verde. We have two houses on the property, 150 meters apart, providing privacy to any of the guests Near the site, there are restaurants with home-cooked food, a pizzeria, and a market. The house has a Smart TV but is not connected to any cable TV operator.
