Cozy one-story house with a bedroom/closet, bathroom, living room and integrated kitchen + garage and garden. Cantinho do Andy is located in Fazenda, an essentially residential neighborhood. The house is fully equipped, with access to Wi-Fi, SPLIT AIR-CONDITIONING, an equipped kitchen for those who like to cook, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a queen-size sofa bed, among other basic utilities. In addition, we are a 10-minute drive from Praia Brava, Cabeçudas and 15 minutes from Balneário Camboriú.

Closed gate and shared garage for one car. House for 4 people! We charge extra for an extra guest and a cleaning fee!

This unique place has its own style surrounded by abundant nature in a privileged and exclusive location blending a SEA and BUSH connection! Loft Villa Rhemá is one of the 3 lofts in the Villa Gloriosa complex! The loft has a large suite beautifully decorated in Rustic/modern style! It has a balcony with an incredible view of the mountains, which you can admire from your bed when you open the curtains in the morning! In the garden, we have a heated whirlpool hot tub ENJOY◇♡

Cozy house with rustic style 5 minutes from Bombas Beach. Excellent for people who work remotely (home office) and want to be close to nature. It has 2 parking spaces with an electronic gate, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a full kitchen. Quiet and well-located street, close to markets, pharmacy and restaurants. The house shares the land with another house, where we rent rooms. However, each house has its own entrance and an exclusive patio. It has a shared laundry area.
