The house is tucked into the back of our 300-acre working dairy farm and offers breathtaking views of Mt. Mansfield. We are located in between two of Vermont's best ski resorts, Jay Peak and Smuggler Notch. Come for a winter adventure full of downhill skiing, riding or x-country touring. Stay for the local breweries, distilleries and restaurants. Or just relax at the farm, cozy up by the wood stove and cook up some delicious farm raised food for dinner. Well behaved dogs are welcome anytime!

Property consists of our primary residence with the rental being a separate and private "mother in law" home.

Sitting up high in the fields and forest of northeast VT, Feel Good Farm is rich with wildlife, prime for woods walking/cross-country skiing, star gazing, and slowing down. Our 150 acres abut a 968-acre East Hill Wildlife Management Area. Hunters welcome! We're an easy drive to VT's best attractions.

Cozy two-bedroom cabin near Smugglers Notch

Our two-bedroom log cabins (we have several) are a long-time family and small group favorite. Equipped with one queen bed, two twin beds (that can be converted to a king), one bath, a kitchen, living space, a woodstove or traditional fireplace, TV, and free WiFi, these cabins are cozy, yet spacious enough for the whole family or two couples to enjoy. This cabin has a maximum occupancy of 6 adults/children. Close to skiing/snowboarding, hiking, horseback riding, wedding barns and more.

Modern, spacious cabin tucked away on 40 private acres. Ski, golf, hike, or hang out in the loft with a good book while enjoying the view through the floor to ceiling windows. Master bedroom has king bed and twin daybed. Large master bath has Jacuzzi tub and shower. Two other bedrooms with queen bed in each room. Conveniently located 25 minutes straight down the road from Smuggler's Notch and 40 minutes from Jay Peak for enjoyment throughout the seasons.

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room is very cozy with radiant heat in the floor during the winter. The separate entrance is off a covered porch. The porch has chairs and a table and is very pleasant in the warmer months The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal. We live in a historic building and our neighborhood is located very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe as well as skiing, hiking and biking are all nearby.
