Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

Stunning Lakeside Shepherd's Hut - Hot Tub & Sauna

A stunning shepherd's hut in a beautiful lakeside location. Set at the back of a working farm & equestrian centre the hut is well-appointed with modern decor. Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Grassmere is a Mid-Century Modern House & Spa retreat (Hot Tub, Steam Sower & Relaxation Area) located in the conservation area of Boughton, a hidden gem in West Norfolk. The house has a glorious view overlooking the village pond and is ideally located to tour Norfolk and the Norfolk Coast, King’s Lynn, Sandringham, Ely. Perfect for family get togethers, a quiet hide away, business trips. Ideal for young children who can enjoy the enclosed village play area, feed the ducks or amble around.

With spectacular views of the championship golf course, this sophisticated lodge is perfect for a family holiday, a golf break or a luxury spa break. Alice Barn at Clopton Courtyard is a stylish two bedroom single floor barn conversion, which overlooks the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside. A private wood burning hot tub with countryside views makes this a perfect spot to relax in the evening (HOT TUB FEE APPLIES FOR 23RD - 26TH JUNE ). The barn also has access to a shared BBQ and fire pit. With Cambridge just 20 minutes away by car, Alice Barn provides an excellent spot from which to explore this historic city.

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

The Lodge at the Old Pump House

Relax and unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway in the grounds of the historic Old Pump House, next to the River Great Ouse in rural Norfolk. The Lodge is situated 10 minutes from the market town of Downham Market, twenty minutes from Kings Lynn and the beautiful town of Ely or an hour from the North Norfolk coast and Cambridge.
