Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Small, comfortable studio furnished in a "tiny house" style with sitting area, small kitchen, upstairs sleeping area (accessible by a miller's ladder) and shower room. We designed this place "as for us". We hope it will delight travelers in search of tranquility and nature: The wooded garden is an invitation to relax in the shade of the oaks. A trail will lead you to a stunning view of the Vilaine (200 m).
