Close to Lake Brière, the Morbihan Golf Course and the Côte de Jade. Refurbished in an original way.

On a large, very wooded old property where the owners reside, charming independent stone house from 1789, tastefully renovated, 70 m² on 2 levels, private garden of 150 m², equipped kitchen, living room with sofa (non-convertible), office space, bedroom with air conditioning and 180 cm bed, 2 bathrooms, laundry room. Wi-Fi. Parking on the property secured by motorized gate, bicycle room (electric bicycle charging). In the center of Asserac, 10 minutes from Guerande and the beaches of Mesquer, 20 minutes from La Baule.

In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. A trail will lead you to a stunning view of the Vilaine (200 m).
