Close to Lake Brière, the Morbihan Golf Course and the Côte de Jade. Refurbished in an original way.

Atypical and bright, with garden, large holiday home with 16 beds rehabilitated in March 2022. Recommended for families, close to the sea, this colorful place of 220 m2 is offered for rent all year round, for a weekend or vacation. Parties are not allowed. The house is in the centre of the village, so respect for the neighbours is required. Shops are nearby. Sheets and linen not provided. Beaches 6 kilometers away in Penestin. Tenant commitment document relating to the occupation of the house to be returned.

Cottage in the heart of La Brière

Modern cottage in the heart of the Brière park with views of a wooded park. In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Cottage of Moulin de Carné

Come to relax in an exceptional and preserved site, in a mill of the fifteenth century, located in the heart of Morbihan. Ideal for families: heated pool (from april till october) aviaries, donkeys, horse and chickens on the estate. Surrounded by forest, plains and moors, it's a paradise for trout fishing with no kill, photography or nature. Located 20 minutes from the sea and close to many touristic sites (Branféré Park, , the most beautiful village of France "Rochefort en Terre).

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

Penestin and its Mine d'Or beach, as well as the small town of La Roche Bernard are within a 10-minute drive. Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity, with canoe rentals. Small gîte, nature space

Small, comfortable studio furnished in a "tiny house" style with sitting area, small kitchen, upstairs sleeping area (accessible by a miller's ladder) and shower room. We designed this place "as for us". We hope it will delight travelers in search of tranquility and nature: The wooded garden is an invitation to relax in the shade of the oaks. A trail will lead you to a stunning view of the Vilaine (200 m).

Manoir de Larmor

The charm of a 16th century manor featuring the comfort of the 21st. You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea while being 10 minutes walk away from the harbour as well as the pier to all the islands. You will be located in the south wing renovated in 2015. It is fully independent and has its own garden viewing the sea. Everything is ready for welcoming you. Even your beds are done before you arrive!
