In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

GITE DE LA "PIAIS" IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.

The KerDesAmis is very quiet and is a wonderful place of relaxation for families with a large garden and covered terrace.

Between sea and countryside, 2 steps from Vilaine and its marina, you will spend happy days in this little haven of peace. Penestin and its Mine d'Or beach, as well as the small town of La Roche Bernard are within a 10-minute drive. Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity, with canoe rentals. Small, comfortable studio furnished in a "tiny house" style with sitting area, small kitchen, upstairs sleeping area (accessible by a miller's ladder) and shower room. We designed this place "as for us". We hope it will delight travelers in search of tranquility and nature: The wooded garden is an invitation to relax in the shade of the oaks. A trail will lead you to a stunning view of the Vilaine (200 m).
