The apartment is situated on the fourth floor (access by lift) of a prestigious building on one of the most renowned streets of Genoa's city centre. This stylish accommodation consists of a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, a matrimonial bedroom with standard size double bed, and bathroom complete with both bath tub and a chromotherapy equipped shower. There is a small balcony which faces via XXV Aprile. The apartment is extremely bright and has been refurbished to excellent standards. It comes complete with a variety of accessories making your stay both enjoyable and comfortable. ( coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, bed linen, towels, TV, DVD player, free wi-if connection and air conditioning) The sofa is also a sofa -bed which sleeps a further two people. The accommodation is within a two minute walk from bus stops and the Underground service in Piazza De Ferrari, where there is also a pay car park. The Carlo Felice Theatre, Palazzo Ducale, Via Garibaldi with the museums of Strada Nuova, La Chiesa del Gesù, la Cattedrale di San Lorenzo are all within a short walking distance. The well known Aquarium and Old Port (Porto Antico) can be reached by foot in ten minutes walking through the historic centre or down the characteristic paved streets of Via San Lorenzo. This beautiful area of Genoa boasts a variety of shops, restaurants, pizzerias, coffee shops and much more. Delightful boat trips are available from the Old port (Porto Antico) to the renowned towns of Camogli, Portofino and the beautiful Cinque Terre.

The apartment has seascape and garden, car parking, conditioned air system. The position it's perfect for sea activities but also for country ones (National Park of Portofino it's far two steps from the house). Above all it's 10-15 minutes far from Santa Margherita Ligure town, Camogli and Portofino; distance between the house and Genoa town: 30 kilometres (about 18 miles). The house furnishings is complete for all the spaces. The habitable terrace has chairs and a table. The garden with seascape has beach chairs to enjoy the panorama, completely surrounded by the tipical colours of our Ligurian country. Comfortable bus-stop at 100 metres, restaurants, pharmacy, market and news paper shop at 1.2 kilometres (about 0.7 miles). The panorama 'hugs' from the Golfo of Tigullio with the Portofino hills to the 5 Terre, comfortable reachable by ferry or train, departures from Santa Margherita Ligure. So thanks to its relaxing and smart position you can do all the activities staying near the apartment! Minimum period 3 nights.

The apartment is located in the center of Camogli, just a short walk from the small harbor; consequently, you may hear faint sounds from nearby bars and restaurants. Access to the Liguria WiFi network: Internet access is provided via the public municipal network; however, the signal can be intermittent at times, and you may need to step outside the apartment to get a reliable connection. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please note that all parking areas in the center of Camogli are paid parking. The property will be stocked with everything needed for your arrival, including essentials such as toilet paper, coffee, and other basic items. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.

HOUSE WITHOUT A LIFT, WITH 4 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS THAT ARE A LITTLE TIRING, plus an internal lift, but this is compensated by a unique view! I DO NOT RECOMMEND LARGE SUITCASES, both because of the stairs and the limited space in the attic.
