Il parcheggio è LIBERO e GRATUITO nelle vie e nelle piazzette limitrofe all'appartamento ( Centro Storico ) Vi offriamo l'occorrente per la colazione e alcuni snack; macchina del caffe' con cialde incluse; acqua di Nepi ; (1 pacco di pasta,olio,sale,aceto,aglio,cipolla /peperoncino ). 1 TV in camera e 1 TV in salotto ;1 condizionatore/camera e 1 condizionatore/ sala pranzo . Wifi presente in tutta la casa.

A minimal and practical studio apartment located just a few meters from the train station in the beautiful medieval town of Tivoli, a stone's throw from the Temple of Sibyl, Villa Gregoriana, the Temple of Hercules, and the more famous Villa d'Este. The apartment enjoys panoramic views. It features a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, TV, pellet heating with security sensors. Conveniently located near the train station and bus and COTRAL stops.

Halfway between the city center and the sea, the 35 sqm apartment is located on the raised ground floor of an apartment building in a very quiet and peaceful area of Rome. Excellent base for visiting Rome, the sea and Ostia Antica, a few minutes walk from the metro stop. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedoom and a bathroom with shower. Two bikes available for our guests. Important: Tourist Tax already included in the total amount (6 euros p.p per day).
