This modern apartment is located directly on the seafront. From the living room you can enjoy the romantic sunset from the terrace overlooking the sea. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, a soundproof window and a shutter for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for cooking. The study is an excellent place for working. The old town offers charming narrow streets, historical monuments and restaurants. The harbour and beaches are a few minutes walk away, the airport is 10 km away.

Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquility and elegance. Le Palme is located approx. 4km from Sorso and 10km from Sassari. The house has been recently renovated and furnished with great care. The interior includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge/kitchen and dining room. The exterior features a large veranda, terrace, BBQ, swimming pool and fenced garden with olive trees, citrus fruits, pomegranates, prickly pears and vines. The site offers complete privacy and is equipped for all seasons.

The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Questa casa ad Alghero incanta gli ospiti con una vista mozzafiato sul mare, interni moderni e un'atmosfera avvolgente. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind sowohl die Traumstrände der Westküste wie Rena Majore oder Naracu Nieddu als auch die herrlichen Strände im Norden und Nordosten in ca. 20-25 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Am Top-Surf-Spot Porto Pollo ist man in ca. 20 Minuten, an der Costa Smeralda in etwa 30 Minuten.
