Holiday rentals with a patio in Campania

We spent 9 nights in Maurizio's apartment and felt very much at home. The apartment is generously sized, has a large terrace, is very clean and renovated. There were four of us with 2 small children and the apartment was very good for us. The beach is a few minutes away on foot, as well as nice restaurants and a small supermarket. Bus stop is directly outside. The street is a bit noisy and a few times a week you can hear music in the evening, but the bedroom faces back and the kids slept very well with windows. In the bedroom there is even air conditioning but the rooms are nice and cool and we didn't need it. Maurizio is a great host, very helpful, chatty and willing to accommodate any need. We got great tips and enjoyed our stay in Ischia!

The appartment was perfect for our needs, those of a family of 4 including two small children. I believe a larger family or group of 5 people would also find the accomodation spacious enough. The two bathrooms and three bedrooms (including the living room) provide ample space. The location includes a large balcony, without spectacular views but useful for storage and drying clothes. For an additional 15 EUR/day, parking is available right downstairs, in a private and closed garagge (at 1/2 the price of public parking, provided you can find it). Other pluses include A/C, well equipped kitchen, great espresso machine, nearby supermarket, friendly neighbours and walkable distances for good restaurants and the main beach in Maiori. Maiori itself is an excellent base for the Amalfi coast. It is reasonably populated and priced compared to Amalfi and Positano, and well connected logistically to the entire coast. This was one of the best stays for us, and we highly recommend it.

Giuseppe was a wonderful host and his apartment was everything he said it was and more. He went the extra mile to ensure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Picked us up in the pouring rain to save us a walk to the apartment. And then on the way he took us to a grocery store and waited while we picked up a few things. As a guiding professional he had many great suggestions of where to visit and where to eat (Da Nicole pizzeria 5*!). The entire town was within a 20 minute walk of the apartment. It is a bit of a hill to get there, but the secret stairs are a neat way to cheat the hill lol! It was our first visit to Agropoli but it won’t be our last… and I can’t imagine staying anywhere but at Giuseppe’s apartment!

Tidy and clean room, perfect location to visit Sant' Angelo, we spent unforgettable days and we were in absolute tranquility, responsive and flexible host on check-in, an experience to do again.

It was good place for stay for 3 days. A bit dark, and small, but as a place to sleep for a few days, just what you need.

The apartment upstairs is very nice. We really liked the terrace: you can see the stars and the moon, it is very relaxing to sit there at night and hear the singing of the crickets. The children were very comfortable: the garden and pool were ideal for them. The dog was also able to enjoy green spaces, no obligation to wear leash. Silvio has been at all times lovely, despite the bustle of the children and occasional barking of Bruma. ¡Thank you Silvio! :-)

We have a great stay here and Luigi went out of his way to make it trouble free, with so much help from pre-arrival to our final departure.

great hosts, a perfect location to enjoy both the beach and the hiking trails, a very quiet environment... in fact, it was just what we were looking for. Very, very satisfied!

Our stay was amazing. The place was spotless and beautiful. The view from the balcony was a dream. The host was very helpful and we had a great time. The hot tub was a wonderful amenity and was great after a day of walking all the stairs of Positano. No close parking, but there are a few parking garages around town. It’s just a bit of a walk. But that is just what the town is and not the owners fault. I recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Thanks!!

Very accommodating. We were even greeted upon arrival. Very clean. Air conditioning was a major plus. Large back patio. The neighbor was nice. Gave me gourds and melons. He blasted 90s dance music until 7:30pm despite not speaking a word of English. Honestly..I enjoyed it.. it almost seemed as if he thought we’d appreciate it and wanted to encourage us to hang out outside a bit. Very close to a McDonald’s. If you backpacked all over the country like we did, you will appreciate this when you’re too tired to go far for dinner. The only thing that I didn’t care for so much was the state of the neighborhood. Didn’t seem dangerous at all..just in need of repair. The apartment was perfect and felt much nicer. The train station is a straight shot about 1.5miles from the apartment. Took about 35minutes to walk. A cab ride back was 40€. Use Whats App if you don’t speak enough Italian to communicate with them. They were reliable. If I find myself back in Pompeii, I would gladly stay here again.

Marina’s air b and b was great. The place was very clean and tidy, she provided me with some food in the house upon arrival, and the view is spectacular. 100 percent recommend staying here. She also helped me with my bags given that it is a bit of a walk to the house from the street, and she was very friendly

Our stay at the Dreamer's House was everything we had hoped - the beauty of Positano in the November sun, no crowds, stunning views of the sea and across the town. We felt like we were in the most special location of the most beautiful town. We enjoyed the steps and the way they made us take our time and savour the moment and the view round each corner. Maria welcomed us warmly and introduced us to the locality with a helpful map and recommendations for places to explore, shop and eat. The house was well equipped, comfortable and providing delicious wine and a library of books were lovely extra touches. Breathtaking views from Nocelle and the Walk of the Gods were a bonus with blue skies and sunshine.

Wow. This place was fantastic. Very clean, spacious and the views are incredible, better than the pictures honestly. The large walk out patio with retractable awning give you the perfect place to hang out before or after all of the steps. Yes, this is quite a walk from the beach (30ish mins), but there’s a small grocery shop right down the street and a great restaurant steps from the entrance to this place. There is a bus stop just down the street and that bus will take you down the mountain if you’d like. We walked up and down every day and after the first day we were used to it. You’re expecting to walk a lot in Positano after all. Our only complaint was that we ran out of coffee pods for the coffee maker after day 2 (we stayed for 7) and couldn’t find any compatable pods in any of the nearby shops so we just had to get our coffee each morning from the bar about a ten minute walk from here. Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway!

A perfect apartment: well located, clean, flexible entrance, good price... I honestly recommend it, we had no problems and the beds were very comfortable. In addition, there is a very sunroom! Graze Marco.

Had a great experience. The place is awesome and the hosts are extremely kind and friendly, the area was beautiful and the terrace views were super nice!

The place had amazing views and lots of comfort! We stayed there for a week of home office, had great internet connection and comfortable spots to work in :) The area is very safe as well, we had good parking spots for the car! The location was also great to do trips, Positano is only 30 minutes, sorrento 10, and starting point of nice hikes 15 min away. The hot tub was a very nice addition too for relaxing in the evenings! The only negative we found was the smell of the house, it is a bit older and built into the side of the mountain so naturally has a bit of smell. It’s not too bad, I would just recommend to open windows a lot 😊

Very well located apartment in the historic center of Naples close to the metro and 15 minutes walk from the pier for the islands. The place was clean and ideal for our family of 5 with comfortable bedding. The information provided by Carlo was clear. We had a great time in Naples!

We really felt like we were in our own home. The apartment is clean and really cozy. Equipped with everything you need. Giacomo is much more than kind, he recommended us on the best way to get to the apartment (I would not want to write it so as not to pass him for a service included but he came to pick us up at the station and took us back on the day of departure). She gave us directions to amenities and restaurants nearby. Always ready to respond to every request. The best airbnb I've ever lived in. Thank you

Cairo’s B&B was very nice. Situated in. 300 year old villa, you’ll see the luxurious touches made to the place that take you back in time. The home was comfortable and spotless with all that you’d need. Local food markets and pharmacies are a short 5 min drive. Ciro was an amazing host and even came over for a cooking class that we enjoyed so much. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely spacious apartment! As described & pictured. Gated complex, felt safe. Lift to all floors in the building. 2 double rooms & 2 good size bathrooms (1 bedroom has a TV & ensuite bathroom) both bedrooms can access the fabulous private balcony with views of the ocean & Vesuvius! Sofa bed in the living area which is a kitchen diner with direct access to that fantastic balcony. Apartment was clean. Hot water & shower pressure was great. Double-glazed windows & quiet at night (during a Feb/March stay) so we had peaceful sleep. Apartment is at back of building, so not facing the main street. Brilliant location, only a few mins walk from train station. Perfect location to explore the town. Claudio was helpful during check-in & kindly booked the underground parking for us, which cost 25 Euros a day & is only about a 1-2min walk across the road from the apartment. We would stay here again if visiting Sorrento.Supermarket is few mins walk away & open until early evening for any essentials.
