Apartment located in Campiglia, a town on the Riviera di Levante overlooking the sea in the province of La Spezia Equipped with 1 double bedroom with a beautiful terrace overlooking the waters of the Cinque Terre, a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed (one and a half square), a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, a TV, and a large terrace that overlooks the magnificent Gulf of Poets. A few meters away, there are food stores, bars, restaurants and a bus stop, free parking along the road. Persico and Navone beaches are within walking distance.

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.
