Located north of the city, a few meters from the "Ciudad de los niños" (Children's City) playground and the sports center. The start of the Via Verde del Aceite (oil greenway) can be accessed, a good plan for families and cyclists. Living room with kitchenette, an exterior room, and a large private terrace. Newly renovated penthouse on one of Jaén's main avenues. It has a great terrace of about 10m² with table and chairs, and a folding ceiling for the sunniest days. Functional and spacious rooms, with a simple and elegant decoration. I have taken special care in providing a quality rest, with a high end Flex mattress 160cm and good pillows and sheets. Bus and taxis stop right off at the side of the gate.
