The 45 m² apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious open-plan room with a 1.50 m double bed, a sofa bed, a private hot tub, a fireplace, a 50" Smart TV, and a dining table, creating a comfortable, cosy, and functional space. The kitchen has a fridge, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, crockery and basic condiments. The apartment also has heating, a heat pump, air conditioning and a hairdryer. What's more, a cot can be provided free of charge upon request. The jacuzzi is only plugged in during the summer months from June to August, since it is outdoors and does not heat the water. The house is prepared for eight people. If the rules are not met, I will be forced to communicate it to the platform, since I am having very bad experiences lately with more than 30 people entering the house and they are destroying it. The house is not for that kind of parties. For each person that enters without informing me, it would be €100 more
