The house is all fenced with screen, private entrance. The mezzanine has a balcony overlooking the countryside, Q/F air conditioning, bathroom (suite) and a comfortable king size bed. On the ground floor there is a social bathroom, cozy living room with Q/F air conditioning, antique furniture, dining table and a beautiful fireplace. The kitchen is spacious and complete. On the property, we produce pitayas, so be sure to enjoy the fruits and their derivatives. For meals, we offer some menu options. Ask for the menu.

Here, the 3 hectares are EXCLUSIVE for a single rental, meaning you don't share any space with other guests. The river, decks in the trees, pergolas, barbecues: everything is private. The spacious 170m2 house has stylish, original and creative decor. Oh, and the schedules are 100% flexible: it is possible to check in in the morning and check out at the end of the day

The route runs through our region, which is surrounded by mountains, and we pass by buffaloes and rivers.

The chalet has a privileged view within a family ranch with horses, sheep, cows, chickens, ducks, ponds, and the like. Casa Bougainvillea is totally private, overlooking the slopes of Serra do Rio do Rastro. Casa Bougainvillea offers: a hot tub; a gas fireplace; a wood-burning stove; a fire pit; an indoor and outdoor barbecue; a solar-heated swimming pool; a kiosk with a barbecue, a sink and a bathroom. The accommodation has 4 bedrooms with a double bed (with pillows, sheets, pillowcases and blankets) and a few extra single mattresses. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
