Two-room apartment with bathroom located in the countryside between Itri and Formia. It combines proximity to the most famous vacation spots on the Tyrrhenian coast, to the tranquility of life in the countryside. The house consists of: double bedroom, kitchen/ dining room and bathroom. Outside there is exclusive space and many other common spaces. The house is 4 km from Formia and Gaeta, 20 km from Sperlonga and 3 km from Itri. The station is 2 km away and you can comfortably visit Rome or Naples.

It is a cozy oasis of peace nestled in nature, surrounded by a blooming garden, an earthy-scented vegetable patch, and a small olive grove. You can breathe in the serenity of the countryside, with the convenience of the city just 4 km away. The accommodation is an independent apartment on the lower floor of the family home, with a private entrance, an equipped kitchen, and all the comforts to make you feel at home. The family lives on the upper floor and is always happy to offer support.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: THERE ISN’T WI-FI!!! Excellent position close to Naples (40 km) and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.
